1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Danstreak Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Services

Danstreak Technologies provides software development, IT consultancy, hardware installation, and related technology services. The specific details, deliverables, and timelines for any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract.

3. Payments

Payment terms are specified in the individual project contracts. We accept payments via bank transfer, mobile money, and supported payment gateways like Paystack. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of the final deliverables, subject to the terms of the specific project contract. Danstreak Technologies retains the right to use the project as part of our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
